Shopping Outlets and good shopping in Pennsylvania??

I'm a Canadian, from Toronto, planning a shopping trip to the states in a week, anyone know of any good outlets, or good malls? I'm familiar with the Prime Outlets in Pennsylvania... anything else?? I'm a college student who loves to shop but can't rationalize spending 50$ on a T-shirt?!?

Shopping Outlets and good shopping in Pennsylvania??
I would suggest Erie, PA due to the close proximity to Toronto.

The asker seems to be familiar with the Prime Outlets in Grove City and traveling to Reading would be a multi-hour trek (I-79 to I-80 to PA 100 to Reading).

Erie has a decent mall on US 19 as you leave town.

{EDIT} Lancaster and King of Prussia are an hour or two past Reading - better to go to Cleveland, OH for higher end shopping.

Reply:Lancaster, Pa is the best outlets.

Also, King of Prussia Mall in pa
Reply:Ross Dress for Less, Value City, and TJ Maxx are 3 nationwide discount chains that carry both generic and name brand clothes. You'll see some irregular clothes, but there are some real gems hidden on the racks, too. Ross and Value City have what you find in a mall, but for 1/2 the price. TJ Maxx is a little more upscale; it has better names and selection, but it's usually last season's leftovers from another store.

Other than that, pretty much every major town in America has at least one mall, and now is the time when you'll lots of sales. Not only are the seasons changing, but also there are a lot of back-to-school sales.
