I know a guy stealing Wal-Mart shopping carts En-Mass, reward?

Look, this fella shops at Wal-Mart, and then takes the whole friggin' shopping cart with him! What a bandito! How should I bring him to justice? Who knows how many hundreds of dollars go into the manufacture and distribution of these shopping carts?! I would think there would be a reward for the shopping carts alone.Any help is appreciated. He's stealing from us all. Please help to return the shopping carts, don't do it to punish the dude, just make it better for the rest of us. I do beleive shopping cart theft is a felony. A reward or amnesty program thing may alleviate the problem of the missing shopping carts. The dude does deserve punishing, though.

i'm not shedding a tear for wallmart who uses chinesse slave labor to make a profit.
Reply:Simply call WalMart or the local police.
Reply:Most stores pay someone to drive around in their truck to pick up stray carts. This is not a Felony crime nor should it be,that's far fetched.Older people sometimes need a way to get their shopping home, like seniors, who can't afford taxi's.My late Mother who lived 1 block from Safeway used the same cart for years, always leaving it in full sight,in her front yard in case they needed it.They knew her well,%26amp; let her be.The cart collectors are paid $2.00 to $5.00 per cart depending on the store.Like the other person said if they're being crushed for scrap metal, thats not good, otherwise there's no real harm.
Reply:How many does he have? What is he doing with them? Is he cutting them up and scrapping the metal? Is he building a house out of them? Does he plan on returning them one day? Where does he keep them - in his garage? Depending on the intent, you can either make a formal complaint to the police or make an anonymous phone call to the Wal-Mart store and tell them where they can find their carts. Stealing carts costs us all, but he may need an intervention and not jail.
